A houseplant is a plant that is grown indoors in places such as residences and offices, namely for decorative purposes, but studies have also shown them to have positive psychological effects and as well as help with indoor air purification, since some species, and the soil-dwelling microbes associated with them

What is stress 
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Stress is your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline.

Remedies for black circles πŸ‘½

1. Take cotton swab and dip it into lukewarm milk and put on eyes πŸ‘€ for 10min.
    Wash ur eyes with normal waterπŸ’¦

2. Mix cucumber πŸ₯’ and potato πŸ₯” juice in equal quantities and put around eyes for 10-15minute.Wash face with normal water πŸ’¦. It is good for tired eyes.
